The women belonging to very poor families are under various exploitations and deprivations at their work place and home. Money lender dependence and debt are 2 major problems amongst them. The training is provided to youth and women that especially risk girls to trafficking and childlabour and victims women / girls. After the training, some of them are provided by IGP input and remaining are linked with financial / development institutions under various scheme for their self employment and employment.
After the provisions, they are freed from the grasp of money lenders. They are strengthened their skills in functioning as a group. Oppression from family and community is been reduced. They are doing business and earning for themselves and their families. On going training are as following
- Jute bag training
- Tailoring / Garments training
- Simple chemicals training (Phenol, Agarpathy, Computer Sambirani, Pickles, Detergent, Washing powder, candle, etc)
- Computer training
- MASALA Powder production
Various products as toys, wire bag, cloth fabrication, candle making, shells decoration, PASSI products, etc done by our women groups after the training are shown below.
