ROSI – RSWR PROJECT
This project is for 25 women belonging to urban dalit poor women are under tragedy of life under poverty and exploitation. The project is run by revolving fund system and it is continuing by third batch of beneficiaries since it started. This one time funded project by RSWR, US is sustaining by revolving loan schemes.
- Vermi compost production using the urban waste –first activity.
- Turkish birds rearing – second activity
- Nutrious food from egg and vermi worm – third activity
The training for the activities is given by organization and input for the production is given as loan for one year duration. Technical support and marketing supports are also given to them. The success full models are followed by more people that give income / survival to families, nutrious food and vermi-compost to community.
- 75 women and families are doing the business and have been relieved from poverty and hunger.
- The families are enjoying nutrious food and not in food defiance.
- 75 dalit women become the owners of the business and relived from oppression and exploitation.
- It is adding more value on environmental and ecological matter.
