Community Based organisation (CBOs)
Women sangams, Farmers sangam, fishermen sangam, Dalit sangam and youth sangam are being organized and empowered among the vulnerable groups

Consultancy and Services
114 small / new / gross root NGOs and social action groups are supported by trainings, accounts, fund’s searching, evaluation and systematic functioning in the social works and its sustainability.

- CBOs get trainings on IGP (Income Generation Programme), EDP (Entrepreneur Development programme), Alternative medicine (health), Renewable energy, etc.

 

- 118 cottage and tiny industries got services from us in project making, machinery searching, marketing, etc in that most of businesses are belonging to SHGs, Dalit groups and other oppressed groups.

 

- Students from universities / college are got supports on thesis writing and project works     and continuously students are using our library and other resources.  

Environment and ecological conservation
Coastal environment through motivation on tree plantation and conservation of mangroves, fighting against costal ecological destruction by fringes and other industrial activities.

Environmental education by the following topics (syllabus) is given to students, farmers, women, social action groups, etc.

Five elements - Six lands / Eco-systems – Ozone layer and Green gas effect – Pollutions in various kinds and causes – disposal.      

 

Tree plantation and the environmental / eco-system importance – endangered spices of vegetation and animals – flora and fauna – biodiversity.          

 

Kitchen garden – herbals– it’s medicinal, environmental and economical values – suitable of plants and areas for planting.   

Sustainable agriculture – eco-manure and pesticide – traditional seeds / technique – food poison – self reliance of cultivation – safe food provision to the community.

 

Rights – forest rights – livelihoods and its sustainable enjoyment – MFP / NTFP collection (Minor Forest Produces / Non-timber Forest produces) rights – traditional and cultural rights of indigenous people – sustainable consumption, conservation and development.   

Child Development / Rights
From the birth of a child, his/her fate is decided in Indian society and its caste system. Bondage, compulsion of works, not allowing to school & childhood enjoyments, trafficking, sex abuse and multiple exploitations are existing at present. We are working for averting children falling in to school drop out and child labour victims and further legal action against the affected, is taken.
