Vision:

Creation of a free society without existing exploitations, oppressions and deprivations between people to people in the name of caste, creed, religious, colour, etc that will provide gender equality, child rights, economical sustainability, environmental well being, social and cultural development, and human rights values.

Supports to aged, disabled, victims, widow/destitude and PLWHA that are to be sustainable in protection rehabilitation and right full things.

MISSON :

• Strengthening and mobilising People organizations (CBOs, NGOs, SAGs, etc) in searching resources, availability and opportunities, and fighting for the rights.
• Developing of Alternative medicine system such Siddha, Homeopathy, Naurapathy, Ayurveda and herbal medicines for sustainable health of people.
• Supporting to PLWHA through motivation and care & support programme and preventing risk groups of HIV/AIDS and trafficking.
• Creation of people’s accessible capacity on basic needs / amenities such water, road, light, schools, hospitals, etc.
 
• Fighting and equipping for human rights, gender rights, dalit right, child rights and other rights.
• Community mobilization through action based for environment, ecological and livelihood development.
• Supporting of aged, disabled, PLWHA, orphans, widows and destitute women for basic needs, care and support and free from social isolation and human rights violation.

STRATEGIES :

• Models creation in education, environment, health and agriculture and demonstration / provision for the development of the community.
• Alternatives provisions for the sustainable development of society through renewable energy, traditional medicine, sustainable agriculture, livelihood and skill trades.
• Participation of community toward effective implementation and results as CBOs, Local body (Panchayat Institutions), students, volunteers, etc that in planning, monitoring and evaluation.
• Participation and equipment of institutions / organizations in the development works for delivering innovative and appropriate programmes to the community.
• Set up, promote technical committees and involve in the field concerned for effectiveness in programmes’ implementation and sustainability.
• Identifying people and institutions for relevant resources, making links with them and obtaining resource.
