DLHRF

DLHRF (Dalit Land and Human Rights Forum) is a net work, covers six district with 12 members NGOs. Mainly the network has been involving in Dalit land rights, livelihood rights and human rights. Identification of issues, case study, show cases, people organising work, training, seminars, demonstration, protest, legal action, lobby /advocacy and legal action are main works. Women issues as home oppression, social evils untouchability, sex abuses, women property / land rights, working place violence, etc are taken when to all dalits, human rights is insisted. Eight members’ NGOs in the network are as women NGOs, two as women headed and another two with women members’ domination of general and executive body.

ROSI Foundation is not only member in the organization but it is head / holding organization. The chairman of NGO is the secretary of DLHRF.

• 12 NGOs are working in DLHRF as members
• Land issues and dalit women issues are highlighted.
• 15 acres lands were recovered from the alienation and returned to concern dalit families.
• 86 dalit women issues taken in that 55 finished usefully and 31 are on processing and pending.
• In six districts, dalit land identification are yet to be completed.
• 12500 dalits people got empowerment in PANCHAMI Land and livelihood.
• Dalit (scheduled caste special sub plan) special budget are under insisting and pressuring on movement
• 110 Dalit panchayat leaders empowerment took place
